Her favorite thing to do is to swim outdoors… in the winter! In fact, Liu has swam across the Yangtze River in China and the Han River in South Korea. Now that’s dedication!

Last year, Liu swam from the shores of Penang, Malaysia to the Strait of Malacca, which is no easy feat considering that’s a 7.45 mile stretch, and she did it in just 4 hours! You go, girl!
