So many people go on about the benefits of chia seeds. We heard it everywhere, and it seems like hipsters can’t get enough of this super dark healthy seed. There’s got to be something to it, right? Turns out, Chia seeds are full of important nutrients including Omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, iron, and calcium! But there’s an art to eating chia. Spoiler alert: you shouldn’t eat them dry! Chia seeds absorb loads of liquid, so make sure you soak the seeds before you eat them. Other than that, there are so many mouth-watering ways you can enjoy chia seeds, and here are ten of them.
